Order & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once shipped, you can expect your tracking number to be updated in your account within 3-5 days. If you don't see a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at glimmeraa.net@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Most product pages list an estimated time. If no time is stated, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for delivery.

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
Please reply to your order confirmation email within 8 hours of placing your order with the correct address. We cannot change the address or issue a refund for undeliverable packages after this 8-hour window.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any defective or damaged items.

To process a return:

  1. You must ship the item back to us at your own expense within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Please include your name and order number with the return.

  3. Your full refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.

Please note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it to receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to cancel, modify, or issue a refund until after you have received it, except in specific situations.
