We take pride in our quality control, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you return or exchange new and unworn items within 30 days.

🔄 Return & Exchange Guidelines

Before You Start:
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us immediately.

To Request a Return/Exchange:

1. Contact us first to receive a return authorization and shipping address. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval.

2. Prepare your item:

   • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

   • All original tags and packaging (including panty protective strips) must be intact

   • Items with stains, makeup, or signs of use cannot be accepted

3. Ship your return:

   • Use your local post office and include the completed return form

   • Keep your tracking number for reference

   • COD returns are not accepted

📦 Return Shipping Costs

• Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping fees

• Our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover all return costs

We will email you once we receive your return and process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.
